SkyAlps Launches London Gatwick to Bolzano Route for Stress-Free Dolomites Access
SkyAlps has launched a new route from London Gatwick to Bolzano, offering UK travellers a convenient gateway to the stunning Dolomites. The service began in October 2025, operating twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The new route provides a flight time of around two hours, significantly reducing transfer times compared to other airports like Innsbruck and Venice. SkyAlps' propeller planes fly at lower altitudes, allowing passengers to enjoy breathtaking views of the Dolomites and arrive feeling refreshed.

Onboard, passengers can savour a premium complimentary menu featuring South Tyrolean wines from 48 local producers. The in-flight snacks include regional specialities like full-fat yoghurt and fennel-flavoured Schüttelbrot, providing a taste of Italy.
