The pavilion is organised into thematic zones, including the Innovation Bharat Zone, showcasing India's advancements in space exploration, Ayurveda, digital technology, clean energy, and smart urban development. The Heritage and One District One Product (ODOP) Zones celebrate traditional crafts, regional textiles, and local entrepreneurship, with eye-catching displays such as agate Gujarat paintings.

Spellbinding performances like Kathak dance and Bollywood dance by Naomi & Co. have drawn large, appreciative audiences, while calming evening yoga sessions showcase India's age-old journey towards holistic wellness.

The pavilion's design is a model of green construction, built using modular, recyclable materials and featuring energy-efficient systems. This eco-friendly design reflects responsible planning from material sourcing through daily operations and compliance with Japanese structural codes.

Visitors are treated to displays of India's storied handicraft legacy, including exquisite Walnut Wood Carving from Jammu & Kashmir and intricate silver artworks, showcasing the country's rich artisan traditions.

The pavilion aims to represent India’s dynamic journey toward becoming one of the world's top four economies, balancing a deep connection to living traditions with a forward-looking innovation-driven spirit.

The friendship between India and Japan, rooted in spiritual affinity and strong cultural and civilizational ties, is evident in the warm reception the pavilion has received. Dr. HC Nik Gugger, member of the Swiss National Council and President of the Swiss-India Parliamentarian group, visited the pavilion with his family.
