County Steinfurt Honors Cultural Champions with 2025 Heimat Award
County Steinfurt has announced the recipients of the prestigious 2025 Heimat Award. This year's honorees include Folk-Treff Emsdetten, Dr. Line Kossolapow, and Norbert Ortgies, recognized for their exceptional voluntary efforts in preserving and promoting the county's culture and traditions.
Folk-Treff Emsdetten, a local initiative, has been instrumental in fostering communal singing. They organize sing-along concerts and provide songbooks, bringing people together to celebrate their shared musical heritage.
