ATPCO Expands Routehappy Suite for Transformative Flight Shopping in 2026
ATPCO is expanding its Routehappy suite, set to transform flight shopping for consumers. From 1 January 2026, all Community Participation member airlines like Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, and others will gain access to the full suite, including Routehappy Visuals, Attributes, API, and new self-service tools. This expansion will significantly enhance the traveler's experience.
The Routehappy suite offers a wealth of visual merchandising content. Starting next year, airlines can distribute this across direct and indirect channels, showcasing seat types, cabins, meals, and more. This move aligns with consumer preferences, with 80% of travelers wanting to see their seat before booking and 83% interested in virtual tours.
Currently, airlines like Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Lufthansa, and Air Canada have been utilizing these visuals. With the expansion, at least a 43% increase in visuals is expected in the market by January 2026. Airlines are encouraged to start preparing their visuals now for wide global distribution at launch.
The official transition to the expanded Routehappy suite takes effect on 1 January 2026. This move by ATPCO will not only enrich the traveler's shopping experience but also provide airlines with powerful tools to showcase their offerings effectively.
