Paulo Loureiro of Bondstone, the private equity firm spearheading the development, considers it a privilege to bring the Mondrian brand to Arcaya. The memorandum of understanding for the development of the Mondrian Arcaya has already been signed by Bondstone and Ennismore, the lifestyle hotel company that merged with Accor in 2021.
